TAX FOR NON-RESIDENTS

OBTAINING THE NIE

At Contreras Asesores we prepare everything so that the process of obtaining the Foreigner Identification Number, known as NIE, is a simple process. We accompany you personally in the management of this process, taking care of all the fees, forms and collection of the document.

PURCHASE AND SALES OF PROPERTY

We advise you at all times on the acquisition of properties in Spain, accompanying you to the notary, intermediation with banks and real estate and of course the best tax advice when buying your property in Spain.

MORTGAGES

We manage and advise you in the search of your mortgage or loan necessary for the acquisition of your property in Spain or for the investment to be made. We are collaborators of several banking entities in Spain, which will facilitate these procedures.

REGISTRATION OF TOURIST HOUSES

Since May 2016, all properties that are intended to rent short term (less than two months) and advertising on specialized sites, will be required to register with the Ministry of Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía. Let Contreras Asesores manage these processes; we have more than 150 properties registered with us. We know what we do.

LOCAL TAXES (IBI, GARBAGE)

At Contreras Asesores, we take care of managing your local taxes; from the payment, finding receipts, bank direct debits, bank account changes, claims, etc … We take care of everything, be calm.
